We all can imagine the 500MW GREEN DATA CENTER on 1664 ACRES Land bought from Boutead Young estate only RM6. From simple math, how much this piece of land could generate Revenue and profit to YTLpower when 100MW, 200MW, 250MW etc ......are in operational and leasing out. If we cant imagine, we may do ratio analysis of Equinix ( cloud n AI DC leader) , Qtrly PAT around USD350M.

One more thing , if surrounding kulai land for sales already appreciated to RM50 to RM150 for per SQFT for DC purposes ?. Someone can help me to verify as I am from Penang.

This is Malaysia market, it is up to your own analysis and judgment and decision and your lucky star with or not !?

After Inari's (my last exit price 4.2 end 2015) , Wangge not so attached in I3 forum, I lost my passion talking in I3, but rather more time in stocks analysis, spent more time in potential gem stocks selection.
